Localisation:

with flexed upper arm in the depression 1 cun proximal to LI11 at the front edge of the humerus

• proximal to the lateral epicondyle of the humerus

Indication:

• Discomfort, restricted movement and pain in the elbow and upper arm

Remarks:

• especially if the pain radiates towards the shoulder
